If you use Firefox, theres Macromedia Flash plugin on this page...

Flash PlugIn For Firefox (https://pfs.mozilla.org/plugins/)

I know Macromedia also have a plugin for IE as well, just not sure of the link

assuming you can play the flash content in your browser and you want to save it for offline use then an esay way is to find it in your browser cache. but be aware some flash content will not run without net access (built in protection).

So you are using firefox.... you can access all the media on a certain page by going to "Tools", and scrolling down to "page Info". A dialog box will appear and then select the "media" tab. This will show you all the available media for the page you are viewing. You can save the flash files from there.
