Does anyone know of a program that could enhance the quality of Quicktime (Mov.) Movies. I need a program that could either sharpen the quality or enhance the colour as the movies have been taken from a cellphone and are quite dark?

Thank You.
Kris.

You could try VirtualDub, it may do the job.

It looks as if this program does not deal with Quicktime (Mov.) Movies. Anyone else any suggestions?

Thanks.
Kris.

Does MovieMaker that comes with XP do it?

You could always invest in Sony's Vegas Video :D

Any footage taken by a cellphone will be so low quality that well....yeah.

I didn't even know a cellphone could do that, is this at a thumbnail resolution or something?

I know they can, phones like the Nokia 6230.... its at 320x240 res AFAIK.

I also thought it was saved in .rm Real Media format too....

let me introduce you to an old programmers edict:

GARBAGE IN, GARBAGE OUT (aka GIGO)

in saying that, you could try using mov2avi to convert it to raw avi, and from there convert it to divx using vdub and a lanczos resample to soften it...

I may try it, thanks for the input!
