unless you're planning to get a peltier and coldblock involved, you wont need the sealant. The chances of that kit going sub-ambient is slim.

You're also missing a radiator and fan...

Ummmm why do you want a water cooling kit?

What sort of over-clock are you doing?

If you're not over-clocking your CPU then why waste your money.

just a thought?

cheers

So that is the solution.

What is the problem?

You are proposing to add complexity (at some expense) and install something which might leak.

PCs don't like getting wet.

If the components are running a bit hot, some attention to the air flow should fix that.

If your problem is too much money, I can help you with that. :D
