Hi all,

I have a rather nice image that I would like to make into my default stationary in outlook, but its a bit dark, and I was wondering what is the best way to lighten the image, and make it more transparent, just like a watermark.

Do I have to do this sorta thing in Photoshop first, or is there a way it can be done in Outlook / Win XP?

If you have photoshop you are sweet , dont you just change it by right clicking on the layer toolbar and then make it lighter ( forget the box name )

outlook watermark to Google will tell you all you want to know.

The lack of response here is probably people cringing at the thought of bloated emails having to be downloaded.

Remember only those that have enabled HTML emails will see them. Hopefully thats very few people these days.

especially on 56kb , i have them enabled but only because some newsletters i revcieve are HTML , yet people may not even read your emails if they take to long to load , text is best when it comes to emails ( at the moment anyway with the majority on slow crapo craop interent )
