Beware of the muppets on there though. If it's for tonight then you might be hard pushed.

Good luck. :)

Ring up a friend suggest she has a night out no expense no implcations no nothing just helping you out in a social situation.

Been done before. Masses of stories, movies on this theme, thnik might even be one by Bill Shakespeare.

If you're really desperate and don't mind paying, phone an escort agency.

>no expense no implcations no nothing
You must be joking!!!
A girl has obligations to fulfil after a nice pie & a pint you know.
Man I hate this greenie politically correct world we live in now.

Back to the problem
Try the wharf,
when I was about 12, I asked mum why all the ladies were fishing that late at night, she said they weren't fishing they were looking for a party.
I see they are still going there so it might be a good place to try.

Have you got a date yet Ras Cal.
Surely you have got a friend? does it say anywhere in the invite that they have to be a potential life partner?
Take your mate, you never know what possibilities it might open up

I usually phone the Salvation Army or one of the Churches.

They save bad girls
and as you know, bad girls make great dates

enjoy

I could possibly recommend a nice single lady who's a customer of mine. She's a bit eccentric, but could do with meeting someone... she's German, early 30's.

If interested lemme know your age and brief description of what you look like...

email stuff at zu.co.nz

Hmmmm 1st thought

The date for Saturday night will be the same as it was for Saturday morning that is 30 October.

2nd thought

You could take a calender, after all, you'll have a choice of 365 dates to choose from.

3rd thought

Try Pak & save, Countdown, Foodtown or Woolworths, they all have bulk bins and will sell dates, take along just one or a whole kilo or two, maybe easier to pick up as well.

lol :-p

Whereabouts are you, Rascal? This talk of supermarkets reminds me of the story about New World in Wellington city being a good place to pick up the opposite sex on Tuesday nights. Sadly, it has been confirmed to be an urban legend. :(

My recommendation would be to get toasted, go to a pub, get talking to a chick, and then casually ask her to the function. Or, get her phone number, and call her to ask her afterwards.

Hey, Paul Holmes had a date for you on his show on Friday Night if you saw it.
Not cheap though, all you gotta do is send her $44,000.00 to a POBox in Central Africa somewhere, then go pick her up from Auckland Airport.
Only trouble is she never turns up, so she might not be what you are looking for.
Did anyone else see it?
I feel sorry for the guy who thought he was buying a wife, but really, you gotta ask yourself don't you?
Are there really people out there that damn stupid.

Surely this was known as banana night ?? And it applied to Woolies and Countdown ?
Anyone with firsthand experience ???????
Cheers

I saw that,i was not only amazed he would fall for it,but that he was still convinced that he had been contacted by a woman at all,not only that but by a woman whose image appears on various porn sites.

Or that his public display would make "her" feel bad in her old age.

It's Sunday morning, who's place you at?
Did you make it home?
How many jugs did you need?

You might have had more luck if you contacted the Porl Holmo show.

That is if you lucked out of course

Banana night? Does this refer to the idea that placing your bananas in your trolley facing a certain direction indicates that you are available?
