View Full Version : how to automatically update shared spreadsheet

I have a Compac Presario r3000 series and Win XP Home Edition. In Works my better half has created a spreadsheet of our various share portfolios. I have made a copy of this file and put it in My Briefcase. My question is, if one or other of us updates some data (as share prices change e.g), is there a way that both copies of the document will be automatically updated?
