If you're not connecting to Xtra you won't be able to POP an Xtra mailbox - could be that.

ok you don't use .xadsl when using the mail aerver but when i test it i get the following messages:

-Log onto the incoming email server(POP3): The specified server was found, there was no response from the server. Please verify that the port and SSL information is correct.

-Send test e-mail message: Outlook could not connect to the outgoing email server (SMTP). The problem could be you SSL or port settings for the outgoing server. Verify your settings.

The thing is i've verified all my settings over and over and its all correct. Whats going on its driving me crazy??????????????????????
