In my lower right hand corner there is small oblong 5mm x 3mm with a red arrow pointing up below. I suspect it has some to do with being on line BUT I am on BROADBAND so am on line all the time. With this icon there when I try to download or send I can't....... XP Pro

Does a popup information balloon appear if you hover your mouse over this icon? Try double-clicking on it to see what opens.

Can you do a screen shot of it?

If you donít know how to do a screen shot or you donít have any where to upload it, have a look at this FAQ: Wanna show a screenshot? -

It should load just as quick as this thread, since it has been reposted just in the last few weeks.

Open up Microsoft OUTLOOK then press the 'Print Screen' button.
Open a image program and paste it there.
Save as JPG and up load it to ImageF1 (http://www.sal.neoburn.net/imagef1/).
Copy the link they give you and paste it here.

The screen shot will include the task bar unless you crop it out or have it hidden.
