Welcome to PressF1!

What make and model of printer is it?
Most inkjet printers have an option of doing a head clean. Have you tried this?
If not do it about 6 times then try printing again.

this may sound silly but
if you have more than one printer installed make sure you are using the correct driver, I have seen this using HP laserjets and the person was using another model printer driver,
how old are the print cartridges also they sometimes "dry out"

I know Epson printer ink dries up after a while if u dont use it often.

Sometimes you have to pump the ink. By pressing the button on the front. Not too much tho it'll flood! BUT once it gets going just keep printing on paper until it looks OK.

Have you taken the tape off the air holes at the top of the ink cartridge/s.

This might sound silly but do you have a dehumidifier operating in the same room as the printer. These are good at sucking the inkjet cartridge dry
