Hi Folks,

I saw a flyer recently offering free broadband without the need for ADSL routers or indeed altering your computer system in any way, even if you're using a 9600 modem.

So I went to the URL (www.juiceboosted.co.nz) and had a look.

They are offering "free broadband for ever" to 80 million internet users (!) from October. This sounds too good to be true, so I'm naturally suspicious. Does anyone know anything about it?

If you think it's too good to be true ... then it most likely is.

Remember when I4Free offered free dialup? They're not around anymore are they? There is no such thing as a free lunch without a catch. I'd steer well clear of it.

You know the IT/telecoms industry; you could wake up tomorrow and find that your skills are out of date and no-one cares :O
