Try this: Open up Outlook XP and select the Tools menu and then E-mail Accounts. Click on the "View or change existing e-mail accounts"

ive already set up all those things and the name is still not mine. Its my old mans. Does it have something to do with xtra? or is it definately an outlook setting?

Have a look at these mskb articles for outlook 2000 which describes why the old mans names is printed . could'nt find any for oxp
OL2000: Source of the User Name for the Header/Footer
here (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;197476)
How to Print Messages Without Heading Fields
here (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;195963)
You may be able to print out each email by going here and trying to change the name in there but it won't stay that way .
If the email is in HTML format try this: Open the email,
File -> Page Setup -> Memo Style -> remove the data you don't want in the Header field

If the email is in Plain Text format try this: Open the
email, File -> Page Setup -> Memo Style (you might need to
click on the Edit button) -> select Header/Footer tab ->
remove the data from the Header field
