Im looking around for free disk defragmenter not a registry defreggy, a disk defraggy, and when i mean free I DONT MEAN ILLEGAL BOOTLEG ETC

Yep there is. Windows has it built right in.

Doh! i forgot my computer is a windows 2000 sp4
running NTFS as the file system.

i know 2k has its own defraggy but i was wondering if there is a better more effecient product

Defrag.exe is about the only thing sorry... If you dont want to defrag then run Linux with Ext2, Ext3, ReiserFS, Xfs, Jfs... etc etc...

If you want an unbreakable file-system then try Reiser4 ;-) Fast as hell too :D
