Acataleptic

Utterly incomprehensible! ?:| :_|

Some computers are infected with the acatalepsy-problem virus from birth: Perpetually in a state whereby understanding is impossible.

One word surely, Baldy?
*Computer* sounds a bit familiar...
But on second thoughts, that can be pretty incomprehensible at times.

Now if you want to change this word just a little...
Try catalepsy.
It also has a PF1 application, methinks.

Definition 1. A trancelike state with loss of voluntary motion & failure to react to stimuli.
Definition 2. ...the body & limbs preserving their position, while the action of the heart & lungs continues.

Gaming anyone? Or too much Press F1?

Contrary to what I used to think, my computer does not really hate me.

I now realise it is just a case of:

Acataleptic input instructions = Acataleptic output result. :D

I, Billy T, being of my usual unsound mind and slightly dubious body,
hereby dedicate this word 'acataleptic' to beetle for her exclusive use, in perpetuity, without let or hindrance or any other pseudo legal jargon.
(Help me out here Winston. I'm losing it badly!)

Of course you are free to share it around if you wish beetle, but I renounce all rights unless you make a major sci-fi techo movie like "Acatalept Now" and suck in megabucks, in which case 10% of the box office receipts would be very nice thank you. :8}

and do forever assign, transfer, and set over all right, title, use, and possession accruing to myself both now and in the future, in respect of this word insofar as my rights in rem and in personam shall remain, and I do further bring greeting to all who shall read this and proclaim Beetle to be the Guardian of the Word henceforth and forevermore, Amen....ooops strike that last bit

I still keep 10% of the box office take though don't I Winston?

Cheers

I smell a malpractice action here:

Yerronner, I took th' advice of m'lawyer, and he
ended up with 15% of the box office, while all I
got was his tax bill, thinly disguised as an
account for services rendered. :D

"Acatalepse Now ! !" sounds much more impressive than "Longhorn. Your 10% of that would be handy for buying the odd tropic resort for the kids to play in on wet days.
Plus the trade descriptions people would surely give it the nod.
