Excel Password

I created an Excel worksheet years ago and it was password protected. The problem I have now is, I can't remember what was my password I used?

Is there a way out to open that worksheet?

I haven't tried this myself but have you tried this (http://www.straxx.com/excel/password.html) or this (http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file_description/0,fid,22990,00.asp)?
