Could you elaborate a little more please? Where do you want to have the shortcut button? If it is on your desktop all you need to do is drag the URL of the website from Internet Explorer's Addressbar onto the Desktop. Double clicking the shortcut will then open IE and go to the website, provided that the computer is online.

Im using Visal Basics to make tools/trainers for games. Now all im after is to have a Button on the form that links to my homepage in Internet Explorer. Now what also would be handy is to able to edit the size of the window, disabling toolbars (address bar ect)
