I don't own a laptop and never actually used one before. How do you actually "right-click" with the laptop "mouse" (or pointer, to be more specific)?

Cheers

On mine there are two buttons below the mouse pad

Yep , same here , there's a touchpad thingy and below it two buttons that work like a mouse L and R button ... think it may vary w.r.t. brand of Laptop/ Notebook , some have a wee eraser pointer thing instead of touchpad ... presume they have 2-3 buttons too ...

All have buttons of some description, but you can usually double click by tapping the mousepad/touchpad provided the feature has been enables in mousepad/mouse properties.

While you can get by OK with the touchpad if using your laptop in the car, it would be much better when using it on a table/desk to use a plug-in small mouse designed for the purpose.

Right click by using your right hand; left hand for normal click. :D ]:)
