Hello
When I go to windows messenger my screen colour quality changes to 8bit and I have to go to properties to change it back to 32bit. Can you help??

i'm not a messenger user but it might help to say what ver of windows you are useing, what video card you have and what ver of video drivers you are useing.

try uninstalling windows messenger and using msn messenger instead?

Sorting out now.. seems for some strange reason you were plonked into the COPPA (users awaiting authorisation) group... ummm if you arent aware, COPPA is most often used for members under 13 years of age lol

If they are in there, and they can't post, how do you ever determine if they are mature enough to go into your forum?

That's not info we readily give out so as to prevent spamming.. basically when you can access Buying is when you'll know...

We're currently planning an upgrade to VBulletin3 which will allow us to better police this and should deal with this weird COPPA problem at the same time
