I have zero, zilch, no, nothing, 1 - 1, cash (spent on computer upgrade) and my win2k OS is on its last legs so I need a replacement. I've used redhat 5.1 in the past but that is severely outdated and my computer isn't.
I want/need a copy of mandrake 10.0 to get my system stable again at zero cost. Can anybody out there send me a copy free of charge? I can send you my address later because I'm a bit nervous about posting it in an open forum.

PLEASE PLEASE

John

Do you have Jetstream? The lastest Mandrake 10 is on the ftp://ftp2.jetstreamgames.co.nz/pub/dist/mandrake/iso/10.0/i586/ server which if you log into using the jetstream server login, you can download it extremely quickly.

Don't use your proper home ISP email address. Use or get, a hotmail account and post that for contact details. You can break the format down into "myemail at hotmail dot com" to stop the spam bots harvesting it from here. :)

If you've got $4.00, go to Dick Smith in Nelson and ask for XC4028. That's 4 CDs of Mandrake 9.2 .

wait..did i see the build was a community build..it dated.
the final build at named "Mandrakelinux 10.0 Official" funny enough, the page is in here "http://www.mandrakelinux.com/en/ftp.php3" - now the only probelm is finding a local (NZ) server to host those files

Could be at Jetstart Games, in which case you can use all your friends download capacity.
