Hey guys,

Y'know how XP's icons are aligned to a grid, is there a setting for that in Windows 2000?

Is there a program you can get that does it?

Cheers,

You can move the icons by selecting an icon with the mouse and then moving the icon with the arrow keys on your keyboard.

When you move the icons in this manner, they "snap" into a grid pattern of between 24 and 32 pixels.

If you loosely drag the icons to where you want them then right click the desktop and select >Line Up Icons, they will snap to the default grid.

Is that what you want?

It is possible to adjust the grid size in pixels too, but I'll have to look-up how to do that again as it is a while since I tried it.
