I found a Delphi step-by-step article in that magazine but that was like the XVIII article, i would like to have the very first one right up to the last one. I cant find where it is, does any one have them? or can some one please like me up to the site or something??

Delphi 7 should be okay for the early articles of Geoff's, I can only see
you having problems when you get onto the April 2002 article, which uses the DirectX add-on for Delphi included on that months disk. However this add-on only works for version 5 and not 7. So far I've never worried about the Direct X side of it which is required for the game development side of Delphi.
However I did find an article by Geoff on how to modify it for Delphi 7
which I might try sometime just to see if it works. See link:

Geoff's article (http://www.pcworld.co.nz/pcworld/pcw.nsf/UNID/59B1261C5F8C788ACC256CBB007171D0?OpenDocument&Highlight=2,Delphi,X)

Good luck

Here are a couple of sites that could help
Delphi Pages (http://www.delphipages.com/)
Dev Shed (http://www.marcocantu.com/books/default.htm)
By doing a google you will find more

Hi Patrick

how are u going with delphi??? i'm looking for an online buddy to learn with, have found all of Geoffs articles and have June 2001 CD, kindly sent to me by Scott Bartley at PCW - i'm a wee bit stuck at present and ready to go attack it once again!!!!

if u want to hook up u can reach me at donnabee7 at hotmail.com - put delphi5 in subject line - and i'll be sure not to 'junk' it.
