Hi, in Outlook can you have a contact in the address book which sends an email to a number if email addresses at once?
Thanks

hi. Can you be a bit more specific. Outlook or Outlook Express? Do you want to add people you send emails (or reply to) to automatically to your address book?

I think you're talking about a distribution list. Just click on the drop down box beside new and select distribution list. Then add members to it from your contacts. Whenever you want to send out a groupie email just select the distribution list.....this is how it works in XP and 2003. Not sure about different versions of Outlook though.

Hi, I'm using Outlook and Win2000. I want to have a contact in my address book and when I select it, it sends the email to two or more addresses. Like a group contact sort of thing.
Thanks,
asdex

Hi asdex Can I recommend that after clicking on To: and selecting your group, that you then put the group name in Bcc box. Stops everyone on the list receiving everyone else's email address
