I have a dual boot system, between Windows 2000 (default) and a now dead-as-a-doornail Windows XP (due to corruption from a hardware problem, now fixed). To delete Windows XP (which is on its own partition), do I simply delete the WINDOWS directory on that drive? If so, how do I go then remove it from the startup menu?

Thanks

Are both OSs in the same partition on the same hdd?

Assuming w2k is on the first partition just format the second one.
