is it possible to view your emails and calendar at the same time in Outlook XP? I hav a feeling you can do it in Outlook 2003?

Cheers.

Depends what you really mean.

In Outlook Today:

You can see the calendar only in the sense of appointments you have, otherwise its blank, and your chosen mailboxes only as the number of messages in each box and not the actual headers or text.

Is that what you mean?

Hi, thanks for the suggestion, but I want to be able to use both the calendar and the inbox at the same time. I went to a presentation on Office 2003 and I think you can with that, but it seems you can't with Office XP. Oh well.

Cheers,

Brendan.

Open your calendar in another window (right click on Calendar and click "Open in new window"), then right click on the task bar and click "Tile Vertically" or "Tile Horizontally", whichever suits, or alternatively, just resize both windows to fit how you want them.

You should be able to open anything in Outlook in a new window.
