Obviously an Intel integrated "Extreme Graphics" chip is not going to deliver any like a separate n Vidia or Radeon card.
But what is it capable of?

what chipset does your motherboard have? also, how much memory have you dedicated to graphics?

i found with old games like diablo 2 expansion, my onboard graphics (intel845GL chipset) worked just fine. of course i ditched it for a AGP card with a tv out...

The query was a general one but the Dell model in the catalogue which prompted it, used aa 865G chip with 32-64mbs out of 512mbs.
The monitor was a 17in LCD
