Aaargh, as usual I am stressed, because something does not work.

OEM version of Windows 95, with usb support.

Trying to install DSE network card (XH7975)

I have read the instruction thing, but it doesnt help.

I tried to install it, but it came up with a yellow exclamation mark, so I dunno if I installed it right.

How would you install it?

It would pay you to remove it from Device Manager, remove the card from the M/B , re-boot, switch off, re-fit the card, re-boot, and then when windows says that it has detected a new device use the manual option, not let windows search because it wont find anything. Win95 is older than the card.

Say Have Disk put the floppy? that came with the card into A drive and browse to a Win95 or Win9x folder and say OK. Then hopefully windows will find a .inf file and complete the installation.

it would pay you to browse the floppy first of all to check on the different OS folders, and find out the correct driver folder to use.

Hope that makes sense?
