I'm using the latest version of PowerDesk Pro with XP Pro

Recently the right click drop down menu SendTo option has started to MOVE a file to the Desktop, rather than sending/creating a shortcut on the Desktop.

The same option in Explorer acts as expected, and creates the shortcut on the Desktop.

I've searched and found four occurrences of SendTo folders. Only one has the relevant entries that appear in the drop down menu. All four desktop.ini files in the four folders are identical.

Deleting and re-installing the program has made no difference.

The same version of DeskTop Pro in Win98 works as expected.

Can anyone suggest where I might find the source or solution of this nuisance ?
