HI I have a new laptop with Windows XP & IE 6.When I want to open 'help & support' I get no action.Where do I get help when help is not working ?.This is the first time I have tried to open it. cheers rdee

Try the following little utility to fix Help and Support problem FixWinXPHelp (http://www.dougknox.com/xp/utils/fix_windows_xp_help.htm)

Just download it to a directory on your PC, use WinZIp (or similar) to extract the executable, then run the exe.

THAT IS FANTASTIC.every day another marvel.I have fixed the problem & much calmer now.I do use Easy Cleaner but is there a way to stop EC doing 'the dirty'.Wasn't that quick.thankyou Babe Ruth rdee

Yes there is: get the latest version (http://www.toniarts.com/ecleane.htm).
