Hi
I want to be able to create an autosignature with different fonts and colours for the text. When I do this and highlight the fancy font for autosignature it appears this is accepted. The template shows the fancy font as well. However a recipient of my email only sees the autosignature as plain black font. How do I get the fancy font to "stick" please?

Likewise I would also like to embed a JPG logo at the bottom of the autosignature, and although I highlight this to be included in the autosignature it will never "stick" when it gets to a recipient.

How can also I get this to "stick" please.

Many recipients block HTML coded e-mails for security (virus) reasons.
That will strip out all embedded logos and coloured fonts.

Its also possible that your setup is restricting to plain text only.

I do not have Outlook 97 now, but from memory check Tools-Options-Mail Format.
If you have "plain text" set, then unless you change that you will never be able to send the graphics and colours.

Is it only one recipient that does not see the fancy autosignature or are all recipients not seeing it?

If only one then as Godfather says, their options are most likely to be set to view in plain text only like my own are.

If no one sees the formatting then you have your own options set to plain text when they should be set to HTML.
