yingxuan,

Creating Charts (Graphs) in Microsoft Word

Example from Word 2000: "When you create a chart by clicking Object on the Insert menu and then specifying Microsoft Graph 2000 Chart, Microsoft Graph displays a chart and its associated data in a table called a datasheet. The datasheet provides sample information that shows where to type your own row and column labels and data. Once you have created the chart, you can enter your own data on the datasheet, import data from a text file or Lotus 1-2-3 file, import a Microsoft Excel worksheet, or copy data from another program.

You can also create a chart from a table in Word or insert a chart from Microsoft Excel into your Word document."

Cheers, Babe.
