In Outlook Express go to File | Import | Other Address Book and choose what version you have.

That should work, if not -
If your address book is not listed, you can export it to either a text (.csv) file or a Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) or Lightweight Directory Interchange Format (LDIF) file, and then import it using that file type.

How to Save(Export) Your Address Book.

1. Launch Netscape and choose the "Address Book" option from the Communicator Menu.
2. Click on Personal Address Book . Then click the file menu and choose "Export".

3. Use the "Save in" combo box to locate the desktop. The file name can be anything you like. Be sure to select an appropriate "Save as type". LDIF should work just fine for backup purposes. If you plan on moving this address book to another mail client, you might choose CSV or TXT.
