Yeah.
Another one of Geoff Palmer's exceptional articles.
There's also one Written by Steve Bass in this months PCWorld about Google passing on searches to the U.S. Dept. of Defence.
Then you've also got the Informations Security Bill which has the potential to allow people a peek inside your inbox (another one of Geoff's articles in PCWorld. If you find it, have a read...)
And then if your really paranoid you've got the CIA monitoring internet traffic...

There's a thread on this a while back when Xtra first introduced that policy...
Just because they have it does not mean it will stand up in a court of law...
And Xtra aren't stupid, with what's happening with the RIAA they'd be idiots to start enforcing it now, otherwise if Xtra users got stung for downloading MP3's (not that we'd ever do that of course), then they could bring Xtra into it by saying that Xtra have free ownership of that material..
Now that would be a good court case..
Xtra using some MP3 for a TV ad, and the RIAA getting them for illegal use of music... Xtra could just claim that it went through their network and they decided it was a good song...
Then again, they wouldn't be that stupid...
