I need to upgrade my Thinkpad RAM. I am looking for 128MB SO-DIMM SDRAM 66MHZ

u can do a search on that ram type on www.trademe.co.nz
or go to a IBM shop. 128MB should not be pricey now...

not jusIBM shop, any PC shop should be able to source the parts for u and shops like Dick Smiths ..

check some shops here. unsure where u are in the country.
the 66/60 speed SODIMM's may be slightly higher in price given their outdatedness. the more current ones are DDR or SDRAM 100/133.

also check this:
man quite pricey for one seller at a used one for $120 for 128MB SODIMM 66.

Can search for tested ram from basically any brand, model etc

the freight price they charge can be pricey. i checked before with my laptop ram.

www.ebay.com is always one consideration if price is an issue. sellers may be willin to charge the real freight charge! :)

ebay would have a larger amount of stocks too. why settle with just 128MB? why not get the max it can handle. saves fuss down the road with software upgrades etc.. and thus not needing to sell and buy another to add more RAM in ur system.
