We (as in Royal) run this security and anti virus software.

No problems with virus check. But any time we turn on the Firewall it stops us entering the net. Thought it was a dial-up problem but now on DSL and no difference. Just tried it 5 minutes ago to check.
I have altered the custom settings on the Personal Firewall to medium but no dice.
Now gone to Allow All which seems a bit pointless for any protection.

What should I look for or do?
A Firewall which prevents access to the net is certainly the supreme beast in achieving it's purpose but gimme a break!
