How many people reply to these, and how tell the truth?

Depends if I've got nothing to do and one just pops up in front of me, apart from not giving correct personal information like name, email, address, country but as for answering questions correctly, again depends on what state I'm in. Sometimes it's correct, sometimes incorrect, other times I just choose at random.

Can't say that I have seen many online surveys and if I voluntarily choose to answer one, eg the PC World surveys, then I answer truthfully.

Well, most of the time. :p

I have noticed that some of the online surveys have been started by several people on this forum. Including several by Susan B.

Yup and I for one, think it is time for PC World, to set aside an area, remote from PressF1, so those who wish to indulge in in these pointless OT posts, to do so.

Not many of these posts involve solving problems or helping others who have them.

There seems to be a lot of O.T. topics, from The AllBlacks to wot sausages you ate for tea tonite.

I must admit to trying to affect the market when replying to some online surveys.
