Program to Analyse boot time

I am sure I saw something like this around recently & now that I want to try it out, I cant for the life of me find where I might have seen it...

so anyone out there know where to find a program that analyses the PC booting & determines any means of optimizing it?

Excellent, thanks for that...

Now having run a series of tests, I can see that I PC I am working on is booting slowly as from around 28s into the boot, it is loading the registry & Pagefile, it takes 35s for it to finish loading & the CPU usage is 100% the whole time. Nothing else is loading simultaneously...

Any Ideas on who to rectify this pleas?

Try reducing the size of the Pagefile if you can, and tell it you DONT want it cleared on exit.

All I can remember is there is the setting under gpedit.msc (Type that in the Run box).
