hi there me again.

just out of interest i was wondering how many actual members PF1 has?

and if so many, can you tell by this how many are constant users...the furniture of the place you mite say.. LOL

of course you cant tell how many browsers their are and guests but for a help line like this it must be pretty busy.

cos it's the best one i have found!
its the only one i recomend....:D

I am have a big guess here in Feb, 2003 they had 5860 members (that is when you joined Press F1.)

I might be wrong about that, I am only having a Big guess there :D ;),
The only person I guess who can tell us that is the Modís :)

http://pressf1.pcworld.co.nz/profile.jsp?user=3186 is where you go to get the "Clueless" user profile. (Click on the "Clueless" link by this post.) There are however huge holes in the numbering system. It is almost certain that I was not the 3186th person to register. There are of course also a large amount of double ups, and a larger amount of lurkers who choose never to register. The best way to find the amount of users might be to ask IDG.

Possibly the only stat that will mean anything is hits/day.

BTW a thought "gnome question" was going to about the "gnome Linux GUI"

And of course, move the cursor over the beetle and look at the bottom line of the screen for your number. Same for anyone's name in that format. You can see that I am number 1343.

But all the numbers are "computer numbers" -- like political statements, not to be trusted. :D
