Allow activity for application SERVICES.EXE SERVICES.EXE kirsty.paradise.net.nz DNS Inbound UDP

after a quick google search i found this http://www.paradise.net.nz/detect/frames/default/pages/main/access.html

any ideas why my pc is allowing this?

That would be for DNS purposes.

The DNS is required for translating an address like pressf1.co.nz into the actual IP of 210.48.100.45

I'd recommend enabling it. Other wise you may find that it wants to not resolve to the IP address which would then not let you into the site you want to go to.

it is enabled
its just that it is connecting at every 10 seconds
is this normal?
because SERVICES.EXE is a M$ update but it is connecting threw kirsty.paradise.net.nz
why is this?
