have just bought a kyocera fs1010. found that we cannot print in landscape. The whole page gets printed in a strip about 50mm on the left hand side of the page. Prints ok in portrait. also downloaded latest drivers, no joy. Can anyone please help??

Ummm...The crystal ball gets foggy at this time of night.

Its a known problem if your computer oprating system is Linux.
There are known issues if running Windows NT
If you are using an Apple Mac then....?

Basically we need to know what your computer operating system is.
Also are you using "Postscript" drivers?

Sorry godfather, running windows xp pro version 2002 sp1.
The kyocera is attached to a server running windows 2000 server. when printing from 2 other machines with xp pro the problem occurs.

not sure about post script driver, will check today and repost

I've found references to the linux problem, but not NT. haven't seen an answer to either.

thx for any light that comes forth out of crystal balls.

Maybe putting the printer on a printer server would avoid the problem. They are quite cheap these days, and it removes the load on the computer you've got it on at the moment. It might work, too. :D

thx Graham,
will look into that as an option.
Current network is only 3 workstations, all running XP Pro.

GF, drivers are not postscript, does this make a difference?

Thanks for any help

It may make a difference to use PS drivers, trying them would be a good option.
