Kb = Kilobyte. 1 Kb is 1/1000th of a Mb (Mega byte). So no, a Kb is definitley smaller than a Mb.

7.15Kb is smaller than 249Kb.

7.15 anythings is smaller than 249 of the same measurement?

a MB is a megaByte which is 1024 kiloBytes.
