Im looking for some freeware program that will display the technical specs of the PC Im using. I saw something in Big Byte last weekend, gave you CPU speed, RAM etc... which is what Im after. They mentioned 3DGraphix, but I can locate this on the net.

Im using Win98, but can find the CPU speed on this PC.

Thanks.....John.

SiSoft is often on magazine CDs. That will tell you much more than you could ever want to know. :D Have a look at the PW World download area.

WCPUID (http://cgi2.tky.3web.ne.jp/~nrklv/cgi-bin/softdl.cgi?wcpu31a.exe) is a small freeeware program which will show exactly what you've requested, incl CPU FSB Speed, etc.

One mentioned on this forum a few times is "aida32". A search on Google will locate it.

Sorry, for some reason that download link didn't work. Here's (http://www.webattack.com/get/wcpuid.shtml) a page which details it and provides a working download also.
