What? You can open it from within IE? <investigates large "mail" button at top of screen/> Why, so you can. Didn't know that was there before!

There are several ways.

If the Quick Launch toolbar doesn't show up to the right of the Start button right click somewhere vacant on the grey bar to the right (assumes your start button is in lower left hand corner). Click Toolbars; Quick Launch. (Hopefully it's on there, if not check help for adding icons to the quick launch bar).

Another method is to use Start; Programs; Outlook Express (Windows Key; P; O if you want the keyboard method)

Also, you may have an OE icon on the desktop

Ho Billbarbob
If you have a copy of the OE icon down on your Taskbar it is readily available from virtually any other program - Word, Publisher, etc.
Is that what you were thinking about? If you don't have it there already, just drag the Desktop icon down. Scouse.

Or even:

Start | Run | type "msimn" without the quotes | Ok
