How do you get jetstream
What costs are involved???

I know that you have to
You phone telecom or your isp
And that you have to pay for the installation

But what are the monthly costs and Do you have to buy a modem or do you rent one???

I have ADSL and I am on Jet Start (telecom use to call it) Jet stream Starter
And my ISP is quicksilver. And there are good!

I get 10 GB of data cap.
Have a read here http://www.quicksilver.co.nz/QuickFireJetStream.htm

Also have a read of The Netgude website:

http://www.netguide.co.nz/isp_directory/index.php?directory=hig hspeed

That page has a list of ISP that do high speed

To my knowledge: the only ISP that is uncap ISP is orcon: http://www.orcon.net.nz/
( I am not too sure ?:| if there is others out there please let me know .)

also there is a thread on press F1 users ISP and how much they pay:
http://pressf1.pcworld.co.nz/thread.jsp?forum=1&thread=30777

who is your isp at the moment?

also there is a few threads on this subject:
http://pressf1.pcworld.co.nz/thread.jsp?forum=1&thread=31258&start=15&msRange=15

Hope this help
