Does anyone know of a freeware visual webpage developer??

I mean a program to create websites where you type and place the images in the place and the program saves it for you without having to type out any code.

It is for a deaf friend of mine who want to make a website.

Thanx

If you use Netscape 7.0 (which is free) you also get a very good program (Composer) to achieve this

Hey

Microsoft Word and Publisher will do it
All you have to do is set up the page as you like it, and then click Save As Webpage

Furthering on - Trellix Web came with my HP Computer and that was pretty good for doing multiple page websites - even offers a built-in uploader as well...

If they use Windows 98, they should have Frontpage Express which might do what they want.

arghhhhhh.....don't even suggest it ! !

composer is not to bad.

i'm beginning to hate wysiwyg web page makers. the code is often poor. best bet is to learn some of the codeing so you can edit out the mistakes the program makes.
