I cannot open a saved attachment as it says: "The service profile is damaged. Re-install the service profile".
I haven't got a clue how to do this.
Can anybody help me pleae.

We might need a bit more info for this one Johanna. What type of attachment is it and where did you save it from?

Personally I've never heard of that error message so details of programs being used would be very helpful. You could also try a Google search on the error message and that might bring up something helpful.

You don't mention the operating system or what sort of attachment so in some ways this reply is guess work.
