View Full Version : Xtra jetstream usage meter kaput (again)?

Just checked my usage at Xtra...I know they have problems with this meter (oh man when will they sort it out) but why, after a forced refresh, does my usage stop at December 20th?
Makes it a tad difficult to judge if you are over your limit or not!

I am not sure if Xtra jetstream usage meter is one and the same thing as the
Telecom usage meter (http://www.telecom.co.nz/content/0,3900,200343-200551,00.html). My meter is working fine at this address. Is this the one you use?

Mine is OK, and up to date as well, at the Address given by Oxie
(They are the same I believe, its actually called Jetstream Usage Meter at that site)

There are actually two and the dates are a little different as well.
If you are on Jetstream (full speed version) then you need the link provided above, however if you are on Xtra Jetstart and a heavy user then you better check here (http://selfservice.xtra.co.nz/live/selfservice/viewUsageAndBilling/pgLogin) as well. Enter your username (username.xadsl@xtra.co.nz) and password. This will give you international traffic which what we jetstart people need to worry about. If you are using another provider then I assume that there would be some way to check it on their ISP website.
(ps - don't try that site with Opera, doesn't work)
