Hi Team
Complaints of the Season etc. to all..
I went to switch isp's today and Paradise have sent me instructions in adobe, but when I go to play the instructions I get the message:
'that there is an error reading one page that font contains a bad Cmap/encoding. What does that mean and what do I do???'

This error occurs when you have an older version of Adobe Acrobat Reader than the documents were created in. To properly open and print the files, install Adobe Acrobat Reader v. 4.0 or download v5 which is now out as well.

http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

The latest acrobat readers are available at the above link.

Give that a try. If you are already using v4, then try v5, if you are already using v5 then post back and hopefully someone will be able to help out.
