I've bought 10 HP 656C Printers July 2002. Since installing it, eight printers have the following problems:

1. You print a document. When you want to print again, the message came up to say that the computer do not recognise the printer. Please check the USB cables.

2. If you wait two to three days, the printer start to print again - sometimes.

Lately 8 printers don't want to print. I've disconnected the printers, made a complete uninstall of the software, change printers to different computers (all brand new Duron systems) install the software according to the guidelines of the software and still the same message came up. New USB cables was connected without any result.

Can anyone out there help me? I am at my wits end.

If you bought 10 printers, I think any seller would call you a good customer. ;-) Have a talk to them. They ought to be able to help ... with the benefit of being able to touch the hardware.
