Now that I've changed to ADSL I find the only way to identify my IP address is to look inside the router control panel.
I'd prefer if the kids aren't playing around in there.
They need the IP address for some of the online games they play.
Does anyone know of a tool or a site that will show my IP address?

Thanks in advance

I'm not sure if this will work past/to a router, but if you go start/accessories you will find a command prompt. If you click on this, a DOS screen will appear. Now type ipconfig and press enter. You should be able to see an IP address, a Subnet mask, and a Default Gateway.

These numbers should be the path assigned for the adsl.

Start | Run | type winipcfg | Ok

Or go to www.network-tools.com

Thanks Greg
The network-tools.com seems to be what I'm looking for.
