hey yawl, quick question on creating rules in outlook 2000 - in outlook express i could make rules suck as "move rule with specific words in senders address........" and have like "ebay" or "trademe" or "goatboy" - i can't figure out how to do this in ol2000 - i can make rules with one word but is it possible to create with multiple words etc - how to separate them??????

any help gratefully appreciated

I'm pretty sure if you open up message rules (ie right click any email and choose "Create Rule" you can do it. In the first lot of rules to choose from in the rules wizard, if you scroll down you should see "with specific words in the body" and "with specific words in the message header".

If you select one or both of these, you can then proceed to the box below it, where "specific words" will appear like a hyperlink. By clicking that you can assign words by adding to a search list. I tested it and it accepts multiple words.
