Hi,

I have a friend who has IE for MAC OS 10, and he can't get into the Internet Options screen (which is what I'm familiar with on the PC versions). I specifically need to get in to the 'connections' screen where you can specify which connection you want IE to use, i.e modem, DSL, network etc.

I gather that the relevant screen is called something else, but I can't get him to find it over the phone.

Its under the "Internet Explorer" menu (left most, in bold), preferences.

If you are trying to set IE to use a proxy server you actually do that through the System Preferences, look for the Control Panel named Network and check out the tab "Proxies".

Well at least that is where it is for Mac OS 10.2 ...
